Is FlipStart a good form factor?
Paul Allen of Microsoft fame is creating a new computer. It’s smaller than a laptop but bigger than a phone. Jack of all trades or master of none?
I’m personally skeptical of this form factor. It’s styled for middle managers, and people over 40 can’t see something this small with this resolution. I mean, sure, I’d play with it on the couch, but even there I’d be frustrated. The smallest I could go is probably a 13″ lifebook, and I have my close vision still.
Now the iphone, on the other hand…
